You will receive a Brand New Day ID card within 10 days of when your initial application is processed. If you misplaced your Brand New Day ID Card, we are happy to replace it for you. Just give us a call.
In the meantime, if you need assistance with obtaining services call our Member Services Department and we will provide your healthcare provider or pharmacy the information they need to get you the care or services you need.
